WHERE TO START · SERVICE AUDIT

30-Day Service Audit.
Decisions backed by facts.

No need to roll out company-wide from day one. The mechanics are simple: a pilot deployment of NUMU CX on part of your team — and in 30 days you get a comprehensive diagnostic of what is really happening: an expert score for every employee, insights and an action plan.

Up to 20 employees · up to 5 locations under AI monitoring
Full cycle: hardware, recording, recognition, a live stream of scores
A final expert score for every employee
Team ranking, problem areas, KPIs and recommendations
Knowledge library from the audit: reference dialogues, scripts, objection answers
No long-term commitment — you continue based on results

How the audit works

Three steps —
from launch to decision.

WEEK 1
Launch

We deliver and set up the hardware, build checklists around your standards, and onboard the team. First recordings land on installation day.

WEEKS 2–4
Recording and flow

The system listens to and scores every dialogue. You watch a live dashboard while scores and insights accumulate for every employee.

RESULT
Expert debrief

We meet over a comprehensive report: what is happening, how each person performs, where customers are lost — and what to do. The scaling decision is made on facts.

The final report

Inside the report —
the depth of premium consulting.

45+ pages: analytics, customer emotions, market benchmarks and a ready-made plan. PDF + an in-person debrief with our expert.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before starting an audit.

What exactly happens during the 30 days?

We run the platform on part of your team: week one is setup and calibration on your standards, then three weeks of live monitoring. The audit ends with a 45+ page report, benchmarks and a 90-day action plan.

How much of my team's time does it take?

A kickoff call, access provisioning and hardware handout in week one — a few hours in total. After that the system works in the background; nobody fills in forms or changes their routine.

Is the audit a commitment to buy the platform?

No. The audit is a self-contained project with its own deliverable — the report and plan are yours to keep either way. In practice most audits do convert, because the findings are hard to un-see.

What do you need from us to start?

Your quality standards or checklists (or we start from our industry template), a list of participating locations or agents, and a named owner on your side for the weekly sync.

How is the audit priced?

As a fixed-scope project that depends on team size and channels. Ask for a quote with the demo — and if you proceed to a platform contract afterwards, the audit fee is credited.
